Nestlé Infant Nutrition asked HIPPOS to develop the communication strategy for their online platform nestlebaby.ro and their Facebook page. They also wanted us to think of a clever adaptation for their Million Hugs Campaign. We came up with a series of efficient solutions to satisfy their needs based on a detailed audit that enabled us to provide the best creative approach. We redesigned the Nestlé baby club with clean, appealing elements. We also added user friendly features and high quality content for a good bounce rate.
On Facebook, we amazed our users with adorable, interactive, high quality and useful content.
The results were astonishing.
In 3 months our ER increased from 0,2% to 1,11%, our page fans increased by 5000 new fans and Social Bakers placed us in the top 3 brand in Romania with the highest engagement/post.
The Million Hugs Campaign kicked off with a logo adaptation and a colorful Key Visual and created a new website with a clean and bright look.
The Million Hugs Campaign brought us great success. In just a few weeks, we had over 14,000 new contestants for the campaign.Everything became babylicious and adorable.
